Policies/Contract Terms

Please read and understand these Policies & Terms carefully. If you have questions regarding any policy, please contact me for further clarification. Your order is subject to these Policies/Contract Terms once it has been placed:

~Communication:

I communicate through email only right now, this allows me easier tracking of conversations regarding custom orders. I am occasionally asked about phone consultations. Because I work at home with my young son I do not keep "regular" hours and generally do not have availability during the day for phone consults. Hopefully this will change in the future.

~Payment:

.Payment is due by the date shown on your listing/invoice.

~IMPORTANT CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES:

Custom orders require a 50% deposit prior to starting a project. The deposit is applied to the purchase price. The deposit becomes non-refundable seven (7) days after receipt. I am not able to start on orders until payment has been made. Reservations will only be held once a deposit has been PLACED. Please make your deposit within five (5) days after your invoice/listing is sent to you unless other arrangements have been made. Custom orders will become unavailable if the deposit has not been made during that time. Your reservation may no longer be available at that point. I send approval pictures to you for your review. Shipping and handling (S&H) is calculated once your order is complete and will be included in the final payment. Final payment is due prior to your order shipping. The final payment will be for the balance due on your order, less the 50% deposit, plus S&H. Please be sure to check your email messages frequently and use an email address that you check often. I communicate often on custom listings.

MODIFICATIONS: In order to ensure that additional charges are not incurred and that there will be no delays, please contact me with changes 30 days prior to your scheduled completion date. Please note that you will be responsible for any cost increase if a change is made.

If you need to decrease the size of your order, please notify me 60 days prior to your scheduled completion date. Since your flowers are artificial, we order supplies in advance and may not be able to return supplies if 60 days notice is not given. If less than 60 days notice is given, you may not be able to reduce the balance due on your order. If your order is decreased 60 or more days prior to your completion date, your initial deposit will be applied to the revised balance. We are extremely flexible, so always contact us with questions! 

Final payment is due within five (5) days after I send your final invoice/listing. If the final payment is not paid within five (5) days I have the right to sell your items (without issuing a refund) unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please note that pricing provided for quotes is valid for ten (10) days. If you book an order after that ten days, your order is subject to my current pricing.

**For rush custom orders, full payment is required prior to starting your project. Rush orders are non-refundable**

~Shipping:

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO: I currently ship one day a week, usually Thursdays I ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for all orders (First Class Mail, Standard Post, Priority Mail, & Express Mail) I cannot guarantee USPS processing and delivery times. If you need your order by a specific time, please ask for an upgrade to Express shipping. I am not responsible if packages are delayed in transit while with USPS. Please note that all shipping times are ESTIMATES only.

Please make sure that you provide an accurate shipping address when purchasing as I ship to the address exactly as provided during checkout. If an item is undeliverable and returned to me, you will be responsible for additional S&H fees to have the item shipped again. Refunds will not be issued if an item is returned to me because an undeliverable address was provided. If an item is undeliverable and still with the post office, you will need to call USPS to have the item rerouted. If an item is intentionally returned to sender (you refuse the package for any reason) you will not be automatically entitlement to a refund. Since you are notified that you item has shipped, it is your responsibility to notify me as son as the shipping notification is sent that you no longer wish to receive your item. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that it is customary for wedding purchases to be considered non-refundable. If an item is returned to sender and is damaged in any way, the item absolutely will not be refunded. Shipping charged are non-refundable when an item is refused.

Please note that tracking info is provided when your item ships and you are responsible for tracking your package once it leaves my hands.

While I do my absolute best to package your order to prevent damage, sometimes damage occurs once your package is outside of my care. If your item is lost or damaged while in transit with the USPS, you will need to file an insurance claim. You can find additional information on how to file a claim here: https://www.usps.com/ship/file-insurance-claims.htm. I am not able to replace items lost or damaged in transit while in the care of a carrier. The USPS must declare an item lost before they will issue an insurance refund.

~International Customers:

I ship all over the world!!! For international orders, customs processing times are not included in shipping estimates. Customs processing times vary by location. Please note that customers are responsible for any/all applicable customs and duty taxes and fees imposed by your country. Please contact me if you need international shipping!

~Refunds & Returns:

If you are unhappy with a ready-to-ship item*, please contact me within 2 days of receipt and I will be happy to exchange the item or offer a refund if the item is returned (less the cost of original S&H) in pristine condition. You must contact me before returning an item for refund/exchange instructions. *Customer orders are non-refundable. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. When placing a custom order I will correspond with you during the creation of your order. I will also provide approval pictures of your items prior to shipping. I am happy to make minor changes before your item ships. If you receive pictures for buyer approval and have no changes your order will be shipped after the final payment ha been made. If at the time of receipt you decide that you want items changed, you will be responsible for purchasing a new item.

~Colors/Computer Monitor Display:

Please note that I can not be held responsible for how colors appear on a computer screen, all monitors are calibrated differently so colors may appear different in real life. If you would like to see specific colors I recommend ordering samples prior to placing a custom order. Or you can mail me color swatches (I recommend this to ensure the closest possible color match). Most of my work is custom and items are hand dyed creating natural variation. Samples are displayed and similar items can be created but since each item is handmade, each item is unique and no two items will be exactly the same. Please note that if swatches are not mailed then flowers will be dyed using my stock dyes, any changes to colors after flowers have been dyed without a swatch will result in an additional charge and will be subject to my availability.

~Happy Customers:

Constant communication is key to your happiness. I want my customers to be satisfied and I believe that communication is the key to that. I work with each of my customers to ensure that they are 100% happy with their purchase. I can even assist you with selections to make your event more special.

~Service:

Please note that I reserve the right to refuse service as I see fit. Etiquette: Please be a responsible customer. I put endless hours into conversations, estimates, and providing customers with ideas. Please use my time responsibly by communicating in a timely fashion, be honest about what you're looking for (and willing to spend, and if you're just price shopping), and when you need your items. The more information I have the happier I can make my customer.

Items may not be resold without my written consent. Violators will be prosecuted.
